Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
We offer FREE delivery within the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day and we use a tracked, next working day service. Most customers receive their rug in 2-3 days after placing their order.
Tracking
Once booked for delivery, we will send you tracking details via email. Most rugs will be traceable with a 2-hour time slot given by the courier on the morning of delivery. We do all we can to help the delivery process be as smooth as possible but cannot be responsible if couriers are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances or delays.
International Delivery
International deliveries must be quoted on a rug-for-rug basis, it is not possible to auto-calculate shipping on international orders so please contact us before purchase and we can discuss shipping.
Returns Policy
UK Returns
To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer 30-day returns for all mainland UK orders with a refund, excluding postage. We also ask that you package the rug appropriately when returning it to us to avoid any damage during transit. Rugs received damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be refunded completely.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 working days.
