We offer free Royal Mail pickup of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home. We will send you a pre-paid postage label which you simply attach to the folded, packaged rug. We will send you the clean rug after approximately 1 week, depending on the nature of the clean required.
We usually have to give an assessment of the specific damage done to your rug to give a price evaluation. However, this price would always include delivery of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the repaired rug back to your home.
