Free Delivery & Postage
We offer free Royal Mail pickup of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home. We will send you a pre-paid postage label which you simply attach to the folded, packaged rug. We will send you the clean rug after approximately 1 week, depending on the nature of the clean required.
Pre-heat treatment - To relax the wool fibres and allow greater uptake of cleaning solution
De-dusting - To thoroughly remove dirt and grit build-up
Stain and odour treatment - Cleaning materials are used in stages to remove specific stained regions delicately by hand
Deep wash - The rug undergoes a thorough cleaning with an in-house detergent formulae
Rinse - The washed rug is completely rinsed with water
Water removal - Excess water is ringed out of the rug
Climate-controlled drying - The rug is placed in a temperature and humidity-controlled room to dry and thoroughly remove any moisture
Rug polishing and finishing - The dry rug is touched up by hand using a brush around the fringes, and to remove excess wool fibres.
We usually have to give an assessment of the specific cleaning needed for your rug to give a price evaluation. However, this price would always include delivery of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home.
