Free Delivery & Postage
We offer free Royal Mail pickup of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home. We will send you a pre-paid postage label which you simply attach to the folded, packaged rug. We will send you the clean rug after approximately 1 week, depending on the nature of the clean required.

Our cleaning regimen treats long-standing, deeply absorbed or saturated, stubborn stains and odours, as well as colour run. All stained pieces brought for cleaning are assessed and tested to prevent any damage or bleaching to your rug due to chemical degradation of the colour.

We have a flat rate of £20 per square meter, for example if your rug is 300 x 200 cm (6m²), the total cost would be £120. This price would include delivery of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home.
