Our rug cleaning and applied treatment works and services are undertaken in our extensive custom-built rug cleaning studios. Free Delivery & Postage
We offer free Royal Mail pickup of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home. We will send you a pre-paid postage label which you simply attach to the folded, packaged rug. We will send you the clean rug after approximately 1 week, depending on the nature of the clean required.
Stain & Odour Removal
Our cleaning regimen treats long-standing, deeply absorbed or saturated, stubborn stains and odours, as well as colour run. All stained pieces brought for cleaning are assessed and tested to prevent any damage or bleaching to your rug due to chemical degradation of the colour.

Our Process
Inspection – We assess your rug’s condition, material, and any problem areas.
Pre-heating – This is an important step to prevent shrinking and curling of the edges.
Dust Removal – Thorough dusting using our vibro-deduster to remove deep-set dry particles.
Applying Stain/Odour Treatment – Precise manual application of cleaning agents, sometimes reapplied in stages for stubborn stains/odours.
Deep Washing – Thorough and complete washing using industrial washers.
Rinsing & Water Extraction– Gentle rinsing in water followed by moisture removal to prevent damp odours.
Drying – Climate-controlled drying in our custom-built drying system.
Final Grooming – Brushing, fringe cleaning and buffing up the pile to remove residual wool and restore softness.
Prices
We have a flat rate of £20 per square meter, for example if your rug is 300 x 200 cm (6m²), the total cost would be £120. This price would include delivery of the rug directly from your home to us, and postage of the clean rug back to your home.
