Handmade Afghan Khorjin Rug | 196 x 126 cm

This is a brand new authentic Khorjin rug, handmade in Afghanistan. These types of rugs have a unique design differing from other rugs, inspired by the patterns from ancient tribal saddle bags. This takes the form of a design on either end of the rug with a dividing section of stripes. they often have very intricate and detailed floral motifs, without a traditional border area.

Due to the handmade nature of these rugs, some edges may not be straight.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the colours and shades may vary slightly due to the specific angle and lighting when photos are taken. This means that the carpet you receive may look slightly different from the picture. Additionally, carpets naturally have a "light" side and a "dark" side, which is determined by the orientation of the wool pile. This is a characteristic of carpets and should be taken into consideration when choosing a carpet for your space.
