This is a brand new authentic Baluch rug, handmade in Afghanistan. Afghan Baluch rugs often feature intricate geometric designs. The use of dark colours, such as red, brown, black, and green, is a characteristic feature. The use of camel's hair and the specific knotting technique gives these rugs a natural lustre (shine). They also have a relatively thicker pile which gives them a soft and slightly shaggy texture.

Due to the handmade nature of these rugs, some edges may not be straight.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the colours and shades may vary slightly due to the specific angle and lighting when photos are taken. This means that the carpet you receive may look slightly different from the picture. Additionally, carpets naturally have a "light" side and a "dark" side, which is determined by the orientation of the wool pile. This is a characteristic of carpets and should be taken into consideration when choosing a carpet for your space.
